Aqua Fitness
Regular exercise helps keep joints moving, restores and preserves flexiliblity and strenght and protects joints against further damage. This water exercise class is designed for those with arthritis or similar conditions. It emphasizes good body mechanics, joint stablity and mobility, and utilizes the bouyancy of the water to reduce stress on the bones and joints. Water is a safe and ideal environemnt for relieveing the pain and stiffness. This total body water workout will help promote cardiovascular conditioning, muscle tone and flexibility.
